ÜBERBAND - Hamstrapped

Our 2016 EP, released posthumously. Still one of the things I'm most proud of. A culmination of the bizarro aesthetic we formed over years.

RENFIELD - Why Aren't You Laughing?

2009 was apparently a busy year. We knocked out this full-length album. Some of the finest jazzcore these nincompoops ever recorded.

RYAN THOMAS JOHNSON - Music Inspired by Neverwhere

I recorded a score for a stage adaptation of Neil Gaiman's Neverwhere. A number of people kept asking where they could buy the music, so I threw it up online. Actually quite proud of a lot of this material.

THE HITRECORD FALL FORMAL

In 2011, I was asked by actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt and his compadres to music direct a live event they were putting together in celebration of Joe's online community HitRECord. The house band wound up being Überband with Kid Koala, and we performed at LA's Orpheum Theater with the likes of Sia Furler, Anne Hathaway, Tasha Taylor, and Joe himself in front of 2000 people. At any rate, you can get a CD/flash drive of the whole event.

VOLDAR - Music for Video Games That Never Were

In 2004, I donned a spaceman persona and called myself Voldar. I recorded an entire album of Atari 2600-esque music for video games that never existed. A start-up label stuck it on iTunes. There was a week when UK iTunes kept it on their front page and it found a surprisingly sizable audience. It's since been purged by Apple, but I've been meaning to stick it back up on various platforms when I grab a moment.

I've thrown a bunch of the stuff I've recorded into the Pond5 music library for licensing and downloading. Need to license my stuff? Want to listen to a big bucket of my music and buy it? Go to town! Pond5
